Design Concept: A new house for a retired couple on the edge of Sebago Lake. The couple desired a distinctive single-level house capturing the character of Maine and maximizing the experience of lake-side living.
The home utilizes inventive plan strategies to isolate bedroom areas from the main living spaces, dramatically lit cathedral spaces, accessible circulation into the house and throughout the first floor and patios.
